Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create an account and use everything for 14 days, no credit card needed. Pick a plan when you are ready; if you don't, your data stays but creating new jobs and drivers pauses.
How is pricing calculated?
You pay per driver per month. Your bill follows the number of drivers you have (invited or active), so adding or removing a driver adjusts it automatically with proration.
Can drivers sign up on their own?
No — and that is deliberate. A dispatcher adds a driver first; only then can that person create an account with the same email or phone. Anyone else is rejected.
Does the driver app track me all day?
Never. Location is shared only between Start shift and End shift, a banner shows when it is on, and it is deleted from the live map the moment the shift ends.
Do drivers need to install an app?
FleetLink's driver app is a web app you can add to the home screen. Browsers can't track in the background on iPhones, so drivers keep the app open during their shift.
Can my customers follow their delivery?
Yes. Create a secure link per job; the customer sees the driver's first name, live position and ETA only while the driver is on the way. Links expire automatically.
What maps and routing do you use?
OpenStreetMap-based maps and routing, so there are no per-map-load fees. You can also plug in a commercial routing provider.
Can I export or delete my data?
Any time. Owners can download a full export and permanently delete the company and all its data from Settings.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from the billing page at any time. Downgrades require your driver count to fit the smaller plan.
